Nomad Cinema

This summer, the  Nomad Cinema proposes amazing evenings in London Royal Parks. A beautiful occasion to enjoy them under starlit skies… and also to (re)discover less known oasis such as Bushy Park, one of Henry VIII’s favourites. Even more beautiful than Richmond Park and deers also are a glorious sight here.

You will enter at this very soothing time when visitors usually go back home, when quietness settles again. Swans, ducks, rabbits stop hiding, sing, race each other, enjoy a regained freedom… and observe with wide curiousity this new night fauna bringing blankets and picnics. Each of us had a show that night!

The atmosphere is ever so soft and cheerful. The morning rain has already been absorbed and has left nature with a sumptuous green. A few meters away flows a river mirroring the clouds, the last sunrays light the top of the trees with a radiant orange, leaves above us are like ink drawing on the dusky background.

Spirited Away really proved the perfect choice for the setting as it focuses on nature and fantastic spirits. The background just acted as an extension of the screen somehow -  the breeze adding its soft music when dancing in the branches, night birds adding their song, stars twinkling brightly. A very magical experience, very poetic. You leave with dreamy eyes, saluted by the elegant silhouette of the deers enjoying their midnight walk…

Not to be missed.
