Breakfast treats with Alpro – Deskfest #3

Hello, hello, how are you today? Do you know, I am having so much fun with the Alpro #deskfest challenge. I had always considered weekday breakfast a bit boring – coffee and toast and cereals so never really felt like stopping for it. Indulging was for the week-end. Now that I am giving it a bit more thought, I realise how easily you can add colour, taste, even a bit of spice. Like this: just roast plums! A pinch of cinnamon, a little sugar, a star anise or two and 20mn in the oven at 200 degrees C. Prepare it the previous evening -  whatever you have left after breakfast can be used for a fruit salad, a tart, a crumble. Those a juicy and full of flavour. Pour a spoonful of Alpro vanilla yogurt for extra fun… and serve with a smoothie full of vitamins: Alpro almond milk, blueberries, banana, mint, fresh ginger. My tip: forget boring tupperwares: look out for bento or tiffin boxes (the one below is by Nkuku and simply adorable)!

Je collectionne des dizaines de récipients qui ne servent qu’une fois de temps en temps. De beaux ingrédients et hop, tout ressort d’un coup!
