Apivita – body nourish, almond and lavender

Apivita is the marvelous story of a pharmacy in Athens in 1979. Inspired by products around bees and Greek flora, Nikos et Niki Koutsiana developped the first company of natural products in Greece. We are talking about a formidable passion here, focusing on products as close to nature as possible, combining the extracts of more than 5500 plants, essential oils and pure bee products. The very best to take care gently but efficiently of your skin. No paraben, silicon, propylene glycol, artificial colours nor scents.

The collection is amazingly large (you will find it at Marks & Spencer but be warned you get quite smitten and will spend at least 15mn opening bottles and trying them) but do start, just to let yourself be totally convinced (understand: hooked) by the Body Nourish almond and lavender bath and shower gel. Imagine Cleopatra’s milk bath for a minute. Yes, this is exactely what it must have felt like: so soft, so velvety. And the aromas? Di-vi-ne. Add to this enriched in avocado and olive oils to leave the skin extra-supple. The little plus? The brand replaces water in the product by an hazelnut infusion to increase the smoothness and the anti-oxydant powers. The best gift you could do to yourself – it will make you feel… regenerated.
