<p><span lang="en">When I first arrived in England, I gladly had triangle sandwiches every lunch. I even quite liked them. 6 years down the line, I can&#8217;t see them anymore.</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">Of course, a big city always offers alternatives: baguettes (though nothing like French ones unless you have a Paul or Pret nearby), paninis, wraps. Different bread, more or less same fillings.Have you noticed the incredible number of chicken variations?!</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">But right in the heart of Soho is a fab place for people who share their despair: Mooli&#8217;s.</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">The founders, Sam and Matthews, grew up in India &#8211; think colours, spices, street market and formidable, tasty, cheap, street food. Once in London, they grow nostalgic. They end up leaving their well positionned jobs to jump into adventure.</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">They now propose Moolis &#8211; home made bread, much more moist and thicker than a wrap, which they roll into a sandwich. It&#8217;s divine. There are 6 to choose from:</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">- chicken, mint and coriander chutney, green apple</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">- potato, cumin, mangue, yogurt, tamarin, asparagus</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">- Indian cheese (paneer), spices, tomato chutney, grated carrots</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">- beef, spices, pepper, coconut, cucumber raita</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">- pork, chilli, garlic,pomegrande</span></p>
<p><span lang="en">What a feast! Those are just so tasty, the spices not agressive but dancing on your tongue, the meat tender, the chutneys vibrant&#8230; You finish it in no time. Indian fast-food? A revolution. I stop regularly and haven&#8217;t succeded to have a favourite yet &#8211; each fits a different mood.</span></p>
<p><span lang="en"> I love to have a velvety mango lassi with this. But you might prefer a glass of wine ou a guava mojito?</span></p>
<p><span lang="en"> With summer (finger-crossing) coming our way, you can even take them away to the nearby Soho Square&#8230;</span></p>
